We advise washing your towels before the first use to remove any excess lint leftover from the manufacturing process. Machine wash cold with mild detergent and we advise against the use of fabric softeners which may reduce absorbency and may cause discoloration. Always wash your towels separately to avoid transfer of lint or color onto your garments.

As of right now, we only ship within the USA (not including Alaska and Hawaii). Currently we do no ship internationally.

We provide free domestic economy shipping for all orders within the USA

You can select standard or express shipping at checkout for domestic orders. There is an extra charge for all orders that are expedited. Once you’ve placed your order, we are unable to expedite it.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
